Shipping cost will be applied to your order due to photographs being shipped directly to your home.

Digital downloads are immediately available if retouching is not ordered. Retouching is not instant. When retouching is added to digital downloads, it will take a day or so to retouch the image for you to be able to download it.

Your child’s photographs should arrive within 2 weeks.

It is recommend that for senior pictures, you view them on a laptop or desktop computer.

Your child’s photos will be saved through graduation. While an effort will be made, after graduation it is not a guarantee that we will still have them on file.

With our new online proofing system we are unable to issue refunds because the product is being approved before purchase.

Galleries can not be combined. However, if your children go to the same school the orders can be placed and paid for at the same time.
